He is honest, shows up when says if not will call and lets you know. He does excellent through work and explains everything he is going to do. Goes over what you need, completely trustworthy. Very interested in pleasing the customer always puts the customer first.
they showed up promptly. did the work very professionally. actually called the manufacturer for advice and did a very good job. they went off the clock if they had to leave the job site to go get parts.
They gave me a one hour window for the call and arrived on time. Another company gave me a window from 8 am to 1 pm that didn't work for me because it would have killed an entire day from work. Hector worked with me to give me an earlier appointment to restore my system quickly due to cold weather. The people who came were very pleasant.
Hector was most proficient,efficient and courteous . Where other companies could only provide service in 10-14 days, Hector was able to make the home visit and complete all repairs in one day after my initial phone call.
Hector did an excellent job. Knowledgeable, professional, and very responsive. I highly recommend him!
I can count on him for an emergency, he is on time and follows throught quickly!
I'm very satisfied with his work. He calls back to me after I call him real fast. And he's very thorough explaining in regards to if something needs to be repaired or replaced...as in what would be the best value. And he shows up when he says he's going to show up, which is very important to me. He has done four different jobs for me already.
