I was contacted by Husky soon after I looked for the HVAC service. The technician arrived 15 minutes before he was exected which was fine. He went about his business of doing a spring check of two roof-mounted HVAC systems and did not dilly dally around. After finishing his work the technician asked for my email address so that I would receive a receipt for my payment via email. Showed up on time. Communicated the technician name before arriving. Completed the cleaning/ service on the system
I was going to trash my wall furnace because the fan seized up. But the tech knew someone who knew somebody who had the exact fan assembly...instead of replace the heater ($1200) I got a replacement motor ($100). Your tech saved me $1100. Need I say more? Impressive.
Responded quickly. Completed the job in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again.
Rapid response, Good communications, Arrived promptly, Quickly identified 2 problems with the furnace and repaired one. The second required ordering parts. The parts arrived in a few days and were installed promptly. Functional aspects were carefully evaluated after the repairs.
