They don't want to work with you on trades, very one sided. Retail for theirs. Wholesale for yours, shop around before making purchase here , this would have been my third purchase with them. Not giving them another chance.

I'd just like to say thanks to two guys who work in the service department, (Antonio and Kade) for giving me a hand, when I had a problem on my truck driving back home to New Jersey from Louisville. I was a bit worried I wasn't going to make it home 2 little kids and my wife in the truck because of some sensor issues which kept reducing engine power. Went and looked on there used car lot.A couple of there used cars that looked like they came from an auto auction had water damage under the seats and under the carpet in the trunk compartment. I have been finding some cases of that on several other lots here in West Virginia .That isn't normal and a sign of flood cars but can't say for sure . I went to Ohio and bought one instead just to be on the safe side. .I got a better deal over there and only had to pay the small difference between our state taxes and Ohio's.
Received nothing but rude, and discourteous service through sales and service department. I was treated like a begger instead of a valued paying customer. I was misled concerning the options my vehicle was equppied with. I felt obligated to make a purchase once I expressed interest in buying a new vehicle. My paper work was messed up twice. My license plate was never transferred to the car I bought from the one I traded in.
