We went in to have our headrests replaced due to a factory defect. Made an appointment when the headrests came in, got there a little before 10am, didn't leave until almost 1pm! They said they had to rebuild the headrests because Chevy only sent the leather, which, had I known, I would have left the headrests when I had gone for my oil change and then went back and picked it up when they were done! 3 hours is way too long to have anyone wait for replacing headrests!
