Justin Whittington, my salesman was great but the service department is pitiful. I bought a new 2017 Suburban and brought it in because the check engine light came on and it was missing. Several things showed up on the computer. When I bought the suburban I was promised a free first time oil change and vehicle detailing so I scheduled those while it was in their shop. Really liked dealing with them this past weekend! Worked with a guy I want to say his name was Justin ? Anyways, Hurricane Chevrolet helped me and my boyfriend out in a new to us 2013 Fusion after being turned down to many lots throughout the week last week. I had two service indicator lights on in my impala. Originally was going to be taken to another shop, but they did not have what was needed at that time. My husband took my car to dealership for diagnostic check and a repair estimate. $2399.77 was the amount that the service advisor gave to make "necessary" repairs..
