This is the only exercise program I have been able to stick with for any length of time. Joe is an amazing trainer and the friendships made in this class are amazing. You will never be sorry you gave this a try!
Hands down, HABC was the most fun I've ever had working out! Joe is an awesome motivator. He's constantly encouraging, never condescending and always hilarious. The workouts are challenging but fun and when they seem to get difficult, you have Joe and the other women there to help encourage you and push you to your goal. I never thought I would look forward to attending a 5:30 am fitness class, but this is no ordinary class. Every day provides an encouraging and fun atmosphere, along with challenging activities (with options for different levels of capability)! Joe is great!
