This exercise program is just plain phenomenal! You get a fitness expert trainer and a bunch of fun ladies together outside to work out, and magic happens!! Like sticking to it! I have never been able to stick to a fitness program for long, but Huntsville Adventure Boot Camp changed that for me. And the results are indisputable. Come work out with us!!
It has been a great fit for me! Show up, listen to a well informed fitness expert trainer and work at your level. Something new everyday and works your whole body. This is the first plan I have stuck with and I see the results. I will be 55 and I feel so good! Plus... we do it outside...unless the weather is bad then we move inside! I love it!
One of the best things I've ever done!
The best thing about this camp is Joe, hands-down. You won't find a more motivational, inspiring lad out there. He's the kind of guy to don a mullet and flag pants if that'll get you moving. The second best thing is the environment, which is as collaborative and positive as they come. You may be tired, but you're never out.
Great place to have adult recess and become stronger while working out in a great environment! Thanks Joe!
