I Have been attending Huntsville Adventure boot camp since February of this year. It has been an awesome experience. I walk every day and just need something extra. Well this has been great. You never so the same workout. Something different everyday makes you excited about going to class. I have met some wonderful people and I cannot believe how much my strength and endurance has improved. If I have to miss a class I just don't feel like myself. I've been twice now on "bring a friend day". Great workouts both times. I would make this a regular part of my day but my schedule won't allow it right now. Joe is a fantastic motivator. The workouts are balanced and challenging for all levels of fitness through scaling/modification.
Best decision I could have possibly made! This group of women are amazing, with a coach thats unbelievable! "Serious results without being to serious"! If you are thinking about making a life changing commitment, commit to one month! You'll be coming back for more!
Love the 5:30 AM class and the ladies in it! Deborah is incredible and gives us so much motivation and a mix of different things for each class. I highly recommend Huntsville Adventure Boot Camp!
