let me tell you about this bootcamp and the owners. I originally started around 2010/11. I was gaining weight like crazy due to menopause issues Joe Martin started me on a 21 day program and I was totally amazed at the results. Mind you I was and always have worked out. I wasn't excited at all about adding a 2nd workout to my life but I did. It was totally one of the best decisions I have ever made
