After years of not having time to exercise I decided to do one month of boot camp to get me into an exercise routine and I had planned to continue on my own after that month. I had so much fun and saw fitness progress that I decided I didn’t want to exercise on my own and signed up for a year. This isn't like any other boot camp you have been to! Its your level and Joe Martin pushes you to do your best and will make you laugh hard the whole time. I have been in the boot camp family and they are awesome!!
Best health decision I have ever made! Joe has created an environment that is welcoming, supportive and challenging. I have never enjoyed exercising but Joe makes it fun!
