The House At 61 Steinwehr Ave Was Not Here Yet During The Civil War Battle Of Gettysburg, But Was Build About 1900, Yes It Is Small Inside, But We Make Great Use Of The Space. We are CLOSED FOR THE SEASON FROM THANKSGIVING, DECEMBER, JANUARY AND FEBRUARY, REOPENING IN March.

Excellent food. Fantastic service. They were very friendly and the service was quick. The cheesesteaks, burgers and chili cheese fries were great. We were very happy we stopped in while in Gettysburg.
Food is absolutely amazing. Not expensive at all either. Staff is very friendly. Would highly recommend Hunt's if you are in town!!
I am not a French fry lover but the fries here are awesome!! Excellent cheesesteaks as well. Very fun and cozy atmosphere. One of my favorite places to eat in Gettysburg!

The food and conversation was wonderful! Dave was so kind and friendly. He gave me lots of suggestions of places to try in the area. I had the fries and a grilled cheese with tomato. They have a bar with all sorts of toppings, seasonings and sauces for the fries. There's also a great selection of local sodas and tons of memorabilia. I hope to visit again soon!
