My father passed away last week from COVID and as he was dying a staff member decided to steal his phone right out of his hands. That’s some compassion right there. I’m getting the obligatory “we’re looking for it and doing all we can” responses from the hospital. But that’s just not the case. I am severely disappointed in this world class facility. Took forever to get checked at the ER. 3 hours before they even looked at my situation. And then $14k medical bill with a $6.5k ct scan? That’s price gouging.

What can I really say? These screen shots speak for themselves. This man should NOT be working in the medical field.
Unfair billing and collections. I only wanted a written bill, they wanted me to use their stupid online portal. I don't want to be put in that online database, I WANTED MY BILL IN WRITING PLEASE. And what did Huntington Hospital do? They turned me over to collections agencies. I had the money. That was mean.
Horrible hospital. Today I went to pick up a friend being discharged, and it's utter miscommunication by everyone. Everyone says something different. What a terrible way to treat people! I tell everyone DON'T GO!
