My son was hurt in a football game in Pasadena and was brought to this hospital. I was unfortunately 2 1/2 hours away and had to drive to meet him at the hospital. I was kept apprised of the situation by phone during my drive and didnt have to worry the whole time. (Husband was driving) When I got there I was able to speak to someone right away and never once had to worry about what was happening. The staff here is phenomenal. Everyone is kind and courteous. Both of my elderly parents were saved at this hospital several times. Best doctors, nurses, staff. The cafeteria food is also very good.

They have one of the best NICU in the country. Their neonatologists and nursing staff are exceptional.
