Horrible service. I finance a boat through them. I moved states and have been trying to register my boat in Arizona. Huntington has a lien on the title. Arizona will not register my boat until Huntington signs a form for Arizona Fish and Game. I have been dealing with this since July it is now October. I was unable to use my boat all summer since Huntington is not signing the paper and sending a copy of the title. I feel like I am being held hostage. Absolutely horrible and ridiculous. No one knows what they're doing, they give you false information-borderline lie, and they don't really care. They froze my account and closed my sister's account randomly saying they needed our social security numbers (even though they didn't need them for 15 years). They said they sent 2 unmarked letters that we never got. We gave them our social security numbers immediately- they told us it would take 2-3 days to reopen. Huntington Bank in ********* ** had terrible customer service. Waited in line for 10 minutes then needed to figure out a dispute. Dave said I needed to resubmit a form that was sent to my previous address. That's fine I just want to figure it out. Dave could NOT figure out how to print my new form to fill out for nearly 20 MINUTES!!! Needed to wait for the manager Tim to finish business with a man who he seemed to be buddies with. I have been banking with TCF Bank for a long time. Recently I have been having banking problems. I truly understand, because of the merger, TCF is having problems.My problem is why is TCF Bank not understanding me. This bank is terrible. Don't waste your time! This regional bank has nothing to compete against the *****, ***, ***** *****(s) of the world. To add i sult to injury they will try to hold your funds, they have a strongarm (Hold Department) that is just straight up "Gansta".

Horrible Bank. Save your time and use a Credit Union or small local bank! On Monday September 20th I made a mobile deposit into my checking account. On Tuesday September 21st the check showed as available in my available balance. I paid two bills out of the check. The following morning Wednesday September 22nd I woke up to a withdrawal for the exact amount of the check. Come to find out the bank had withdrew the funds they had released and were now holding them. This means that all the items that went through the day before ... read more

I have been a customer of this bank for a year now and have never had a problem until now. I deposited a check into my saving account and they placed a hard hold on my account saying they couldn't verify the check funds. I called ** ****** *****myself and from the number on the check, and they verified the funds AND confirmed that Huntington NEVER called to verify the funds. I called back to Huntington to explain it and all they could say was, there was nothing they could. My funds wouldn't be available until the end of the ... read more

Huntington is amazing have been banking with them for years with no problems. they let me go into the negative when I had no choice and saved my.....bum. their 24hr grace has saved me more times than I can count too thanks Huntington!
