They are holding ****** dollars of mine and telling me that they can't give me an explanation of why they are closing my account. I don't know what to do and I have not been able to get anywhere. They are ruining my life!!! Please stay clear of this bank by any means necessary.

Overall if I could would rate our experience as a 0 out of 5 stars. We were victims of fraud after banking with Huntington for more than 5 years. We had a single check we deposited and then realized it was fraudulent. Called bank right away and thought we had taken the right steps to stop the perpetrators. However more than 6 weeks later through multiple visits to the branch and calling on the phone we learn we are non-gratis at the bank. I am home sick with Covid seen my account went negative on 3/19/2021 I had made a deposit of cash in atm on 3/19/2021 and still was charged 2 overdraft fees. Because they have reversed some in past they are refusing to take care of anymore. I am currently not working and cannot leave home because of the virus definitely thought they would be a little more willing to work with long term customers!

0 customer service!!! 2 to 3 days for a call back and the branch won't pick up phone. i've had fraudulent charges on my card weeks to get fixed. can not get a person on phone must go to a branch. this bank has a worst customer service than a cable!

This bank is not customer friendly as it states it is. I have a vehicle financed through them. Due to changes in circumstances and I'm sure alot of other people's due to covid I tried to refinance not once but twice. Turned down both times. I am paying them $420.00 a month and just wanted to lower my payment around $100.00. Thanks Huntington for your Customer not so Friendly service. If you need open communication with your lender DO NOT use this bank. They will communicate only with you through the mail. Every time I try to reach an actual person on the phone I’m on hold over and hour and then the phone hangs up. My car has been paid off a month and I still have not received my title and I can’t reach anyone to ask about it.

We put our mortgage loan in forbearance in early 2020. After a few months we realized we could start making payments with the first one beginning in August 2020. I was advised the past due payments would be put to the back of the loan and to wait for a form to be mailed to us. The form took well over 6 weeks to arrive.
