Very inefficient when it comes to customer services! Even phone communication is very difficult talking to an agent! And then they just bought a failing credit Union being TCF? Ive had nothing but negative experiences

This bank transfer from TCF to Huntington leave families without access to THERE money for 5 days. The Huntington bank sits back and does nothing.

Worst customer service and overall loan experience of our lives. Missed our closing date and then upped our closing costs by $1,400.00 less than 24 hours before closing after our disclosures were signed and acknowledged. The reason for the difference - typos and someone couldnt do their job. There is a lot more to the story but it is way too lengthy. Long story short go anywhere but here. We are pulling all our assets from Huntington and NEVER dealing with them again!

Huntington Bank has the worst customer service I've ever witnessed. My husband has been jumping through hoops for over a month to get his title sent from the state of PA, to the bank, to our DMV in NJ. After at least 15 phone calls, being given the wrong tracking number, being told it was delivered to a DMV in ** by accident, hung up on multiple times, promised a call back with no follow up, I am outraged for him. I financed a boat with Huntington. I sold the boat with the wire transfer going from my buyers credit union to Huntington on the 10th of the month. Even though it was a wire directly from a credit union, Huntington still put a hold on the money until the 20th of the month at which point they released the lien and mailed the lien release which arrived on the 25th. Huntington Bank allows fraudulent checking accounts to be opened on line by anyone stealing your identity, and then they don't help you close the account or fix the problem. **************** manager is horrible, rude, not listening to customers at all. Do not open accounts with this bank. They are a scam and fraud bank. Worst experience in banking, ever.

Ripping off the areas they are in there are a predator and their outrageous fees should be illegal They may as well be a payday loan or check cashing place We need them out of our city!!!

Horribly mismanaged the transition as a result of the Huntington merger. Our account was originally with ************** which was bought by *** a few years ago. Then *** merged with Huntington. The transition from ************* to *** was fine. But the transition from *** to the new bank was terrible. To avoid anti-trust penalties, they had to sell some *** branches to ************* instead of Huntington. However, they never notified us of this. I like huntington bank they have customer service and offer good service. However, I have had problems with a recent bonus and had problems getting someone to help me resolve the problem to get the bonus. Or the other option close the account. When I tried to close it over the phone they told me I had to go to the branch. When I told her that a personal account can be closed over the phone she refused to do this.
