The wait at the drive-through is always ridiculous. I try to avoid high volume times, but for no apparent reason there is only one lane open and a single car is being serviced for ***** minutes. There is never more than one teller attending to drive-through lane. Making a simple deposit can take half an hour or more. Not unusual, more like standard operating procedure. Ive never had these problems with any other bank system. ??

I was contacted by a member of Huntington National Bank Barin G. on phone number a ******** **** phone number regarding concerns of my mortgage. HUD has placed a second lein on my home via Huntington National Bank without my knowledge nor consent. Barin would not answer my questions as stated. He accused me of being smirky and condescending. I asked him to clarify that he was member of management because the way he spoke to me was not representative of being in management. HORRIBLE BANK! - I am coming from TCF.. I have Social Security money I need access to 24/7. WHY do I need to go to the bank each time I need to get money and why cant I have access to a card.. this is discriminatory for those with disabilities. They only allow in bank transactions and I dont have a car and I have bills I need to pay in which a card needs to be used... please help resolve this. We will be changing banks if nothing is done..

I was with TCF bank for 25 years, then Huntington took over and they have held my payroll deposit every time for 7+ days each time. This has been a re-occurring deposit every two weeks for years. I have reached out to them waited for hours on hold. Had the calls dropped and then when you finally do get ahold of customer service they don't seem to want to help or care when I mention closing my accounts.I guess it is time to move on!

I paid off my home mortgage on July 27th of this year. I was told I would receive my escrow due to me in 4 to 6 weeks, They claim they sent the checks out twice. I never received it. Then then I was told I should have received the second check by November 1st. The service representative said he was going to put a stop payment on my check and expedite a refund for direct deposit in my checking account. Terrible!I'm a former *** customer, and have had many headaches with the forced transition to Huntington. I'm not accustomed to having card transactions declined for no apparent reason. I had two accounts at ***; one was card-only (base account) and later I opened a checking account. Both transferred to Huntington as checking. I understandably got two new debit cards... but no clue as to which tied to which account. I tried to use the *** at several Huntington branches in the **************** on Friday, December 3rd and they were all out of service (My daughter told me this had happened to her a few days prior as well). I had a check to cash so decided I could just go in to the bank on Saturday and cash the check instead of using the ***. I got to my "normal branch" at noon on Saturday and the branch was closed. My wife and I have had Huntington for several months as a joint checking account. I tried to log in to my account and was immediately told that I had exceeded the maximum number of login attempts so I tried to unlock my account and when I got to the part to reset my password, I received a message that an unexpected error occurred. I was able to log in to my wife's account and saw that all of our recent transactions (debits and credits) were missing, we also received a text alert that Early Pay was turned off. Three months after I purchased my home with a mortgage from Huntington bank, my wife lost her job due to the ******19 pandemic. Shortly thereafter, I was placed on MULA or Mandatory Unpaid Leave. This reduced our monthly income by approximately 50%. In December I applied for and was granted a forbearance by Huntington for 90 days. I was told after the 90 to resume payment of my mortgage, and that the approximately $6,600 would be tacked on to the principle.
