Good fresh tasting pizza, better than the other franchises like Pizza Hut, Domino's and Papa John's, little bit more expensive but worth it

I placed a to go order online at 4:39. It said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. I realized that my wife left earlier and took both sets of keys on accident so I have no way to go get the pizza. I call 6 minutes later at 4:45 to explain my situation and cancel my order, and they said it cannot be cancelled because it’s already been made. He said I can call back and speak to the manager tomorrow, but he knows that he won’t cancel it either. Terrible customer service.

I ordered the cheese bread and a medium pizza with one topping. I check my order before I leave and he gave me the Howie bread. I told him I ordered the cheesy bread, he said no you didn't I know exactly what I ordered. The bread was very dry as well as the crust which was supposed to be flavored crust. My first time and last time. This is nothing like the hungry Howies in Charlotte. Well I discussed my issue but still no outcome smh
