Humboldt Smokehouse has been rated the Best BBQ on the North Coast for the last two years in a row. We pride ourselves in being the only BBQ restaurant in the area that uses only Free Range Chicken, Family-Farm raised Heritage Pork, and All-Natural Beef that's been raised in California. We have no freezer, fryer or microwave. Everything is made fresh in the store by people who care. We make our own bacon, jerky, and pastrami, using old world methods. Please stop in and give us try. We're sure you'll taste the difference!

May I just say YUM!!! The pork belly is to die for, will absolutely go back!!
Saw the picture of the Cadillac Burrito yesterday and had to get one today! With the cream cheese and add the Spicy KC sauce to it and it's bomb! My brother and I loved it so much that we'll definitely eat there again and again. :) Good friendly service too.
No better place in Humboldt to get your smoked meat fix.
