Way to expensive not to mention everything had the same smoked taste even sides. So wasn't impressed

My family is hard to please when it comes to BBQ. However, the smokehouse past the test. We all felt it was great food and great sauce. Definitely will make this a regular stop. ❤️

Humboldt Smoke House catered a party I attended last weekend. It was soooo good. There is a lot of food I don't eat in my diet. It wasn't an issue with what they were serving. Definitely eating their food again.
You need to update your pricing. Ordered a 2 meat box, listed at $14.99 on your menu board, just looked at my receipt and was charged $16.98. Pulled pork in the mustard bbq sauce was an excellent bite of food. The brisket was good, can't say it was anything really special. Was unimpressed with the spicy slaw. Will definitely eat the pulled pork the next time I am in the area for work. Would love to see some sautéed greens or some kind of veggie on the side menu.
Met the owner David who made us feel right at home. Tried his new special mac cheese with a side of brisket and porkloin. Oh lip smackin' good. Thanks David. I think we need you to set up another location in our neck of the woods.
Just good BBQ with a fine selection of sauces.
