Humboldt Smokehouse has been rated the Best BBQ on the North Coast for the last two years in a row. We pride ourselves in being the only BBQ restaurant in the area that uses only Free Range Chicken, Family-Farm raised Heritage Pork, and All-Natural Beef that's been raised in California. We have no freezer, fryer or microwave. Everything is made fresh in the store by people who care. We make our own bacon, jerky, and pastrami, using old world methods. Please stop in and give us try. We're sure you'll taste the difference!

Use to be good. But last couple times we've gotten it the Mac n cheese was rubbery, the meat was chewy and tasted of liquid smoke. Most went in the trash.

The smoke on the meat is not so overpowering that you can’t taste the flavor of the meat best in eureka so far
better seasonings and rubs. real mac n cheese instead of Kraft boxed product
