I called the humane society to get some information on how to get a severely injured kitten off the street , I asked what my options were and explained that the kitten was very small and very injured. All I got from the people in the front office was the ring around on different numbers . Then once I was disconnected rudely and tried to call back , the response was " well I don't know what to tell you we just don't come to animals" . I adopted Ski from the humane society in May. Ski was at the shelter for a long time and had been returned before. I don't know how she could have! She is literally the most amazing dog! So loving, loyal and affectionate and HSCA called and check in on her a week after adoption. In the event I adopt another pet it would definitely be from HSCA who were very knowledgable and caring throughout the adoption process and after!
Thanks for the worried services we got today. The staff was great answering all my many question. And left with a bags of helpful things we needed.
