We just adopted our brownie, our very first dog and idk what else to say other then, the staff was awsome, friendly and they answered all our questions... we've had brownie for a few days and he is just the best!!!! Thank you so much for bringing extra love in our home!!!!
I would recommend anyone to adopt an animal from the Humane Society Calumet Area. They had excellent customer service. My husband and I felt welcome and helped from the moment we walked in. Even though it was the weekend before Christmas and they were very busy. All of our questions were answered and It was a clean facility. The animals seemed to have been well taken care of. Our kitten is healthy and has adjusted well to his new home.
Excellent service They let us do a meet and greet with our other dog (Benny) who can be a handful at times. So we had to go twice and do a meet and greet. We adopted Lady Sue and she's the new handful she's really hyper LOL. But a joy to have. Staff was great and seemed great with the animals. One dog was barking constantly one of the workers helped her name and she stopped. That tells me he spent time with her and took care of her for her to stop and look for him. 👍
The staff is absolutely amazing and so sweet with every single animal. They are fantastic, helpful, and when an animal gets adopted, they are TRULY EXCITED for the animal, but they care enough to make sure that the animal will be a good fit for whoever is trying to adopt. Amazing people! Thank you so much for everything!
