Me n my family just love the staff n what they do for all the animals!!! They are super amazing people and so friendly!!! We got a puppy from them and she is so smart and super sweet we've had her only a week now and she is potty trained!!!
They sent a beautiful dog home to a family with kids and the puppy has PARVO. They have refused to help the family, at all. In fact, they've told them to surrender the dog or too bad. I'm quite certain that there will be an epidemic and soon. The puppy got sick after 24 hours with the family. My heart breaks for them right now.
We lost our cat of fifteen years, Buddy, to congestive heart failure. The staff was courteous and professional. It was more like family than staff. We checked out the common room. Schokolade ,formerly Ebony, chose us. I can't think of any better place to find a pet.
The staff was wonderful even though it was a very busy Sunday. And I adopted my beautiful girl Maple .
