This Animal shelter is the best in the area, they truly care and are compassionate about every animal. The calumet Humane Society is always involved in great events throughout the community to raise money and offer awareness for so many sheltered pets. I absolutely recommend adopting your next pet from here! Calumet Animal Shelter is always in need of food, blankets, bleach and donations stop in today to help this great organization!
Great experience. It was our first time adopting and the staff and volunteers were very helpful. We adopted Tolliver a 3 month old kitten on Halloween.
They really care about their animals here, I love my gabby girl ( formally cricket). Could not have asked for better loving baby girl.
We adopted Loki (Winston) about two months ago and he has been great! He did catch kennel cough while he was at the humane society but they gave us antibiotics and he recovered beautifully. Everyone at the humane society was great!
I adopted Fritz. He is a very lovey boy. My family and i love him to death !!!!! Thank you.
