They have done nothing for my anxiety/Depression in the year I've been with them. Contacting your doctor is nearly impossible, and all complaints fall on deaf ears. I've had receptionists appoint me for the wrong times, no direct contact with my doctor for an emergency nor a phone call. Definitely seems more money centric rather than patient centric. It takes DAYS to get messages to and from your physician, and the "Medical Assistances"/Receptionists say whatever to get off of the phone. I was told for a week straight I'd be... read more
I have been a patient off an on here since 1983 depending on job and their insurance carriers. My current doctor is DR Pennington, hands down he is there for the patient and takes excellent care of myself and my father.
Everyone there is always so nice ,and giving you great support!
This is s great place with friendly staff and caring individuals!
