I have gone there for 8 or 9 yrs now and stir alive lukema, they are the best ,Dr Ellis and staff excel at and front desk excelant. Love you all.
Dr. Richmond and his staff are the best! Couldn't ask for a better team they are so understanding and caring! Always putting you first!
From check-in to checking out, all staff were friendly and nice. I had my first ever mammogram yestetday and Francene was my technician. I was nervous and she eased my worries. She was very nice and comforting. She explained the procedure and she was gentle. Don't ever let her leave your office!!
It takes a lot of love and compassion to do what they do! You guys are amazing!

I don't know if all Springfield physician offices sucks or just this clinic. My wife's surgery is scheduled and we receive a letter today stating we have to pay the copay 3 days prior or surgery will be canceled. After living in AZ, CA, CO, VA and TX, this was a shock to us. We always pay after indurance pays their part. I'm betting that they overcharge us then after months we get a refund ftom them. I guess after surgery its time to go to a better city.
Good luck with the billing. Finally got a bill in 11/16 for 9/16 service. Called to arrange a payment plan, they never called back so we just sent them $20. Just got another bill 1/17 but it doesn't match the other one or show that we sent them a payment. They called last week and we returned the call, left a message, and nobody has returned it. We left another message asking for a detailed audit report of our billing, nothing. They can whistle for their money at this point. I'll pay it with the same urgency as their billing... read more
