This place is horrible with their billing. I had been paying on my bills for over 15 years 4 separate surgeries and they decided because I had not set up a payment plan they were going to send me to collections. Yes they tried to call me, they had the wrong number, they did not sent any kind of notification in the mail. Funny the wrong number they said they had was the right number when they called to tell me my bill was going to collection. And now after fighting with them to send me a bill I get it 2 days before it is due.... read more
Dr Martin Schudy is a joke.. On your first visit he will spend about 5-6 minutes with you.. More like an insurance credit check than a check up.. Then after he knows you have good insurance and can pay you can make all the appointments you want.. Just don't ever expect to see him.. From now on you get his half witted assistant Casandra Cole.. If you insist on seeing him, or disagree with half with diagnosis you will be told there are no other options and do what we say or be dropped as a patient.. So when I told them to stic... read more
All the staff,nurses & doctor's are friendly, kind and loving just great in our book, from the top - down to all the volunteers who help out there everyday giving their time from greeting ppl to playing the beautiful piano to the live birds singing in the waiting room what a very welcoming place! Thank You for all you did for my husband Keith!
I took my son here because of ringing in his ears. He was in there maybe 30 minutes. I paid before I left. After about three months they send me a bill acting like it was way overdue and was ready to go to collections. There was no explanation on the bill, just an amount. It doesn't say that I already paid either. If you call the number on the bill, it goes to North Carolina, who then transfers you to Springfield. Dr Verma is a great Dr.. he is very thorough and always has the best interest for each of his patients. The chemo nurses are amazing and are always there for you through out the process..

The staff here are caring and they care about ur health and well being like u are family. I have been coming here for over 3 yrs and I'm glad I picked them for my health care needs thanks again for all that u do.
