Still undecided about a vehicle but they did respond almost immediately.
Dealership was understaffed and not able to work with multiple customers. When in the process of finalizing a sale, we were forced to wait an extra 90 minutes because they were unaware that the fax machine was not operational, and was not receiving insurance paperwork necessary for registration, etc. The sale was completed because the car was a good value, not due to the sales "team."

They were very responsive. Plus they do all the reviews work for you so that saves us a hassle. Very helpful and nice employees. We were on a time crunch and they understood and helped us very quickly.

Before they even started I told them what was my budget as down payment! They said yes at first it would work! Then they added 1k more I said yes and today my wife went to close the deal they told us that we have to put more momey! They wasted our time and other opportunities thay we missed now while waiting on them! Worse place
