I’d like to give Huggard and Ewing a well-deserved 5 stars! My experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Onur was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He made everything smooth and stress-free. Frank, the manager, was also very professional and supportive every step of the way. They truly care about their customers and take pride in what they do. Highly recommend this dealership!
Very dissatisfied and disappointed. They push for sale deceitful and dishonest without resolving the outstanding issues on the vehicle. They do not standby on vehicle descriptions on Car Guru site. Service and detailing before vehicle delivery is ridiculous. Simple things like oil checks are not done. Slow leak flat tire was pushed out during delivery in spite of raising the issue. Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Wonder how they survived so many years that they claim to be in business.
I emailed with a Chelsea Waters (sent pics of my trade etc) till she said she’d discuss it all with her manager and get back to me. Never heard back one way or the other.
Had to spend an additional $2000 out of pocket within 2 weeks of purchasing the car. Was sold a fleet vehicle that had a speed limitation, one key, with no disclosure from the salesman. Sent them the itemized receipt from a Ford dealership to see if they’d stand by their vehicle, and have had no response back, and it appears they’ve blocked my email address. Stay away, dishonest and deceitful.
Persistent. Kept asking for my number. Explicitly stated in my inquiry and email responses to not call or text.
Tyler was great! Helpful and Friendly, before, during, and after the sale! The vehicle had only been at the dealer for a few days before I bought it, so they hadn’t gone through it yet. However, they were slow getting it to me after I had already paid for it. 5 days waiting and when I got it I had to have it detailed as it was not cleaned. Overall a good experience with the sales department , but I cant recommend using their service department.
Told me truck was in perfect condition sun roof was dented into truck badly
