The service manager was driving the vehicle to the patriots game when i came to look at the car, then i was requested to make an appt to test drive the car because the service manager may not be in with the car. Then I decide to pirchase the car and didnt realize there were no floor mats on the vehicle upon pick up. The car had almost 2000 additional miles on it! This dealership was an hour away from me but it was worth the drive. I dealt with good people there especially Big Joe O'Donnell he made my buying experience feel so right that when I left there I new buying my next vehicle there was the right choice.
Tried to sell me a truck and they didn’t even have the title. I paid cash! Now they’re refunding my money.

I called and I was transferred to a sales person called Sara, the moment I asked for a better deal her replies changed and wanted to finish the call to the point she hanged up on me before I finish. My total call time was less than 2 min. Since when it is rude to negotiate prices of cars
