The entire staff was incredibly helpful during my visit on a rainy night. They accommodated me with juggling cars to test drive, despite the large puddles and massive downpours. Excellent customer service!

They got back to me in a short time but travel time for me to take look at some trucks that they have, travel time would take too long.

I test drove the vehicle I purchased and loved it although it had a light come on while driving it but was told it would be fixed by the time I picked it up 4 days later, 4 days had passed and I was given the "ok" to pick the vehicle up so I drove 2 hours to go pick it up and as soon as I got into it the light was still on and not only was the light on but the vehicle was very dirty and not detailed, it still had old French frys in it along w peanuts and broken glass in the back seat and when I brought this issue up in there... read more

Great vehichle at a great value, good people to work with....BUT, it took me 3 weeks to actually drive the car off the lot after i agreed to purchase it and gave a large down payment check. The title had not been released from the registry as there was lien to be paid off on the car. Once it was released the registry mailed the title to the previous owner and not to Huggard & Ewing. Very attentive, courteous. We had emailed them as to our interest in one of their cars and was surprised at their quick response. The paperwork was all ready when we arrived, brief explanation, signed and we were on our way. The day we picked up the car it took maybe 10 minutes tops. Best deal within a hundred-mile radius of our location. Our salesman, Jon was diligent and professional.

Well the dealer seemed nice and like you were getting a quality car but they weren't as accommodating as the other dealerships I went to in that area. He didn't want to take my old car or go down on the price, even tho there's the same exact car with less miles for cheaper in that area. Not a place I care to do business with but that is my personal opinion.

I emailed dealership and they responded telling me the car was available to look at. When I arrived I asked the salesman that was standing outside helping another client if the acadia was available. He went inside and when he came back out he stated the owner's wife had taken the car for the day and wasn't available to be shown that day. He asked if we wanted to make an appointment.
