Good deal
Very pleasant and personable. Unfortunately the 2 trucks I went to see were covered in rust in the undercarriage and where a tool box obviously had been. So no deal made.
Car had lots of problems. I was told that cars don’t get service until you buy the car I put a 100 dollar deposit down which was my fault in the first place got a call from the salesperson the next day saying car was all set but it wasn’t so I went to a much better dealership. I got the exact same car but a different color and get this , with no problems at all .
Seems like a bait and switch dealer. Kept the car listed and got different answers. One sales person said it was sold and another said it was still available. But that I should come down they have other vehicles in stock.
The people at the dealership were very pleasant. They couldn’t answer all of my questions but were willing to find the answers for me.
Poor service. Dealer insist price is not negotiable. Car had more exterior issues then image. Dealer my dealer acted like he did not know about it. He was giving us pressure that this price of car is good price. He was sarcastic to us until we left the shop. I never have treated like that. Dealer needs to be more honest and needs to learn how to treat his customers with right words. Choice of his word is very poor, aggressive and sarcastic. Furthermore, car had many issues that they dont want us to figure out.
Big Joe was the best! Made the experience painless. Great selection of vehicles.
