terrible customer service
RecommendedWe highly recommend Huge Discount Flooring! we have used them twice so far to carpet rooms in a house we sold and then again for our current home and will be looking to use them again soon for more updates to our kitchen and living room floors. Everyone has been friendly and helpful!
Highly recommend getting flooring from here! Kelly was great to work with.. Won’t need any flooring for a long time but will come back if we have a need!
We went in on the 18th. George helped us and we picked out a carpet. Told us they had a ton of the carpet in stock. He even said he had it in 12 foot wide rolls. He came out to measure on 24th and on the 25th we went in to pay and schedule installation but they said they didn’t have the carpet in stock. We told them that we already bought they vinyl planks to match the carpet and the lady at the desk said well we can order the carpet for you but you won’t be able to get are price for it that we normally would sale it at. Thanks for your speedy service and professional attitudes. We were in need of a quick turn around and you guys all came through. Everyone is friendly and very professional. Our carpet looks awesome and every detail was covered. The sales team was helpful and not pushy, they offered lots of choices and remained patient while decisions were made. The installers had smiles and great work ethic, they were quick and detail oriented. We plan to use this company again!
