No up front costs are explained, I asked what the charges were going to be and was never given an explanation. It is one cost one day another cost on another day. Not fair to go in you dont what expect.Office staff has no clue what to do or say about the charges. Will not be returning, very disappointed

Dr. Russell and his staff are highly skilled and have saved me from permanent ***** ******in my neck. He helped to manage my pain and orchestrated my care with other physicians and worked together to get me on the fast track to healing. I am so thankful for his expertise and ultimately saving me from a lifetime of pain. His support staff, receptionist and billing department are all phenomenal. He has my business for life!

I absolutely love this clinic!!! I highly recommend it!! Drs. Bivona and Russell are the best!! Tess, Ashley, and Sharon are wonderful too!! I live at least 30 minutes from this clinic but don't mind the drive when I know I will be getting great care and feel genuinely cared about.
