pHUE! Finally a GREAT salon! – This is truly a fantastic salon. I went in early September, so as of right now, this is a very recent review! I had previously gone to Deidre at Salon 218, (which is now closed), and I found another stylist when I was away at college. they were rude and late over priced inexperienced for the price they charge husband and wife owners...sometimes there children are in salon...loud and dissruptive plumbing issues would not go back or recommend

do not feel good about money spent – we sent my girlfriend for her birthday. she told them it was fun-she never complains. but when we went to make other appiontments she said NO, they were late and her treatments were shortened and they did not take from bill. example we wanted her to have a 2 hour facial she only recieved 90 min; the massage was great but recieved 70 of the 90 min....the hair was ok. they could be more consistent.1 customer bought a small item and they wrapped it for her. our friend buys several items and ... read more

Deidre Rocks! – I am a 66 year old "Diva" and I hate it when a stylist asks what I want and then gives me the same haircut she gives every other "senior" she works on. Deidre listened to me and she gave me the first haircut that was exactly what I wanted. The salon is very relaxing, very clean and everyone very friendly. I love the scalp and hand massage with each service and the no tipping policy was a nice surprise. Excellent Salon – My father is a hair stylist and has been doing my hair for most of my life. Since he has moved, I have been jumping from stylist to stylist, until I found Hue! Everyone working at the salon from receptionist to seasoned stylist is professional, courteous and makes you feel like you got your money's worth. Beyond great customer service, you are always offered tea or water, get a scalp massage and hand massage with every haircut. they definately know what they're doing – so i just moved here and i needed to get my hair fixed at a reasonable cost. i got my hair chemically relaxed and they did an amazing job. i'm hoping to come in soon to get it colored now but wow, it was totally worth the money i paid and they were very friendly, did feel like they were passing judgement or anything. very cool

BEST SALON AROUND! – I have been coloring my hair for YEARS and this is one of the BEST I've ever been to. The staff is all very friendly, when you first sit down you recive a scalp massage with wonderful oils, that was so relaxing. After your color is applied you get to relax in a private area with reading material or TV. It's nice not to be sitting under a dryer with someone sitting right next to you. The best salon in Orange County! – My hair is very important to me. When I lived in L.A. I went to a salon in Beverly Hills, because that is where I was able to get the best hair cut and feel pampered. Then I moved to Orange County and have been to several salons, but they all did terrible jobs and rushed me through the cut and style. I ended up having to drive all the way to Beverly Hills to my old salon to get my hair fixed. Finally, I found Hue! FANTASTIC service!! And I mean it. – I live across the street from their location and was curious about what they offered, but was apprehensive because I'd had a mediocre experience at another Aveda branded salon (I was WAY overcharged for what I received). I found their phone number and gave them a call a little after 3:30 on a Saturday afternoon and tried to arrange an appointment for later that day.
