BEST SALON IN ORANGE COUNTY! – I heard of this place from a few girlfriends who have had spa treatments there. I think its amazing how nice the staff is! I made my appointment with a pamper me day in mind. The girl at the front was super sweet and so was their manager who I found out later that day that she was an esthetician & was going to do my facial too! Blonde? Jennifer H is the best at it – Love love love Jennifer H! She has been doing my hair for a year and half and I always walk into the salon with confidence I will leave with great color. Highly recommend her to all the blondes out there, she knows exactly how to get the color right

From Brazilian Waxes to hair cuts, this place Rocks! – I've been going to Hue for about 1 1/2 years now and I absolutely love it. I'm rather shocked at some of the negative comments because for the most part, I only have great things to say. I started coming here for Brazilian waxes and Shenelle is wonderful! A Brazilian wax isn't the greatest experience but she's super friendly and very professional. I was interested in getting a new hairstyle and she recommended Jen L. Outstanding Service! – What an amazing 2nd time salon experience! The store definitely had a great ambience. Not only I received a haircut from a stylist that greeted me with a big smile, but I also received a head massage, shoulder & neck massage, arm massage, and facial treatment for the same price I paid for my 1st salon experience. Overpriced! Would not go back!! – DO NOT GO!! I walked in and the two girls at the counter were busy talking, after about a minute a very nice boy greeted me but told me they were going to be with me in just a few minutes. I then waited over 20 minutes past my appointment time until an assistant came and told me they were ready for me, which in my opinion just seemed like they were stalling me even more by taking another 15-20 minutes of massaging my shoulders (granted it was nice but i was there for a color & cut)! Ask for Jennifer!!! – My 1st salon experience here was NOT good. I came in for a color & a cut. I only received the color and a bit of a trim on my bangs. I was upset, but they hustled me out of there so quick I just figured I'd leave & never come back! I love Aveda products and this salon is literally across the street from my house, so I checked CitySearch for user reviews and came across one with a good comment for a stylist named Jennifer. Awesome massage – I went in last weekend with little notice for a relaxation massage and was very pleased with my experience. I had Latonya and she was very professional - friendly yet focused on ensuring that I was taken care of. She also provided a nice foot soak to start off. I was a little disappointed that I couldn't tip her to show my gratitude but I'll definitely be back.

OVERPRICED AND DISORGANIZED – You will pay a high price for their Non-Tipping Policy!!! I went there for color and this unexperienced girl left me looking like a pumpkin. I went back to get my hair fixed from what this girl had done to my hair and they did not even offer me a reduction on the price for all the inconvenience that I had been trough. Best hair experience EVER. – I love this place. When they first opened, I went in to buy some Aveda products, not realizing they were an Aveda salon as well. I spoke with the owner, Janice, that day, and she blended some "purefume" for me. She is GREAT. Warm, friendly, caring. Her wonderful staff reflects her great attitude. Everyone that I've met there is courteous, pleasant and goes out of their way to make sure you have what you need.
