Watch out. They will sneakily slip in paint and lo jack in to the final documents and not tell you. I didn’t even know it was on there until they called me and said they they forgot to install “stuff” on my vehicle. They didn’t even install lo jack or paint on my car and yet billed me for it. I didn’t want it. I told them to remove the charge and now they won’t answer my calls. They called me a million times to get me into the deal shop yet now the managers no where to be found and they won’t respond to calls or emails.

John Gutierez in Service is such a delight. He is so informative, knowledgeable and really takes good care of me every time I encounter him for service assistance. There have been many times I was annoyed with the service department, never when I am having him assist me. After visiting a number of car dealerships in NJ and leaving frustrated and exhausted with the process, we finally made it to Hudson Toyota and met our sales consultant, Imran Riaz. Wanda gave My elderly mother a price on a Fit. I went with her to lease the car. Told no more Fits but getting one from Paramus Honda. She selected a color. 45 minutes later Manny said they decided not to send car. We were told by Paramus that they never called to ask for the car. I came in on July 7, 2020 to get an oil change and fix a recall with the airbags/seatbelt. The place was packed! I guess because of the July 4th weekend, everyone had time the Monday afterwards to get their cars serviced. Manuel Cuevas was my advisor and was very helpful. The waiting room has free coffee, wi-fi, vending machines, leather couches, a TV programmed to ABC7, a few tall tables, and a line of workstations with a couple of electrical plugs each.
