Took me 30 minutes to get checked in for an oil change that took an hour and a half. After the service on the inspection sheet several things were noted as requiring immediate attention, but I wasn't told that or even offered to have those things done during the service just told my car was ready to go. Very poor service EDIT - Got a call resolving the issue promptly

I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata roughly a week and a half ago. Upon arriving I requested a specific salesman when I was approached by someone from the sales team. Upon which she told me “he no longer works here”, after beginning the buying process, I later seen that salesman “who no longer worked there” walking around the floor. Aside from that, the car I went there to purchase had damage that occurred in the lot, which I received a “We Owe” for and has been repaired.
