Had a great experience buying a used vehicle from sales consultant Ben and his manager Jimmy was very helpful. Both of them did whatever it took to make sure I left with a car I would be happy with. Will be back for future vehicles.
Buyer beware when purchasing third party products during a new car purchase. This dealership will make you go through unneeded hurdles to get what is rightfully yours. Their systems are either antiquated or the staff is incompetent. For example they cannot process a simple check cancellation. Even my bank will let me stop payment on a check?? Will avoid in the future.
they sell cars that are unsafe and broken cars. will not work with you when you find out car should not have been sold in the first place.
I will never go through this dealership again. I was assured that the used car I purchased TWO WEEKS AGO was fine and just in need of an O2 sensor. Now I’m in need of a transmission line and a steering rack, an estimated $1300 in repairs. Hubler refuses to help because the car was sold “as is”. They do not care that they put someone in a car that cannot be driven even though it has only been in my possession for two weeks. On April 4th, I called the service department to schedule an appointment for my 2017 Pathfinder. After having the oil pressure light come on and another mechanic try to fix it to no avail, my husband and I decided to bring it back to the dealership we bought it at.
