When the finance "man" couldn't strong arm me into a horrible rate, he slammed my paperwork into the trash and stormed off. His solution was for me to take a bad deal today and refinance in 4 months. No, I'll wait for the offending party to fix their error made on my credit report, let it return to the 700s, and then purchase from another Nissan dealership. The sales guy was nice, but they didn't want to come off sticker price, tried to slip in shady things like gap coverage and tried to pull other finance tricks to screw me... read more

Had the best experience getting into a new 2020 Nissan Rogue with Buddy Reeder! The lease on our old vehicle was up and Buddy helped make the process so easy. He knew what I was looking for and had some options ready for me to look at when I arrived at Hubler. The whole experience could not have been better. I would Robin in service was great but I will most likely not recommend any of my senior friends to shop for a vehicle at Hubler Nissan due to the fact I did not see any of your sales staff in mask which tells me it’s obvious the my health and safety are not a priority to Hubler

We clean all common areas regularly, have sanitizer stations throughout the dealership, and masks are available for anyone that needs one. I would not buy a car from them again. I bought the warranty package that includes front window damage, body damage (not related to an accident) and tire damage should I get a flat. Well I got a small crack in the windshield due to a rock and it is “not big enough” for them to fix. They hassled me about my tire that popped due to a pothole yet that is what the extra warranty is for and now a year later paint is chipping off the hood of the car and I had paid extra for the body spray which is supposed to prevent chip painting... read more

Take it to any dealership but this one. I have been to multiple around Indiana and this is by far the worst one. They lie and don't actually back up their work. I'm out a ton of money because of them and they don't care enough to try and make it right. Save yourself the trouble and take your vehicle elsewhere to have work done on it.
