My husband and I had the worst customer service experience ever at a dealership last night. Our salesman was clueless with questions we had about the car (warranty, how to put headrest in backseat down, etc) and the sales manager, Braxton, was a complete jerk who should not be in customer service especially a managerial role. We have bought multiple cars and have never been treated like we were tonight. I would definitely recommend not wasting your time at this dealership.
Mike Ferguson was the bees knees and waited very patiently with us while I was waiting to be approved for my CX-5. He answered all of my questions I had. I will continue to use his dealership for future purchases.
Was there with a friend,and her Mazda 6. They had to order repair part from Pennsylvania, but gave her a good loaner.
Best new car buying experience ever!!! My husband & I highly recommend Hubler Mazda & especially ask for Mike Ferguson as he is an amazing sales rep! He made our experience fun & was so helpful! The entire experience with Hubler Mazda was fantastic!
