I purchased a vehicle a little over 2 weeks ago. Since before the time of purchase, they have known about the issues that should have been fixed since it was "certified". The issues are bald tires, all 4 rims are bent, the side/detection system does not work and the bumper on the drivers side is popped out. I was told not to worry and it would be taken care of. My salesman, George Wilson Jr, was outstanding. He made me feel like making me happy with the car and the experience was his number one concern. All of the staff treated me very well.
Worst experience ever in the 20 years I've been buying cars - poor service - lazy - unfriendly. Went across the street at Ray Skillman and had the best experience and drove away with a new car in an hour. Will never buy from Mazda again!

Visited the service department today for help with my remote keys. The rep knew exactly what was wrong and corrected misinformation I had previously received elsewhere. Service was friendly, quick and affordable! I will return for more serious assistance in the future but I hope that's not anytime soon. Thanks!
