I have been a loyal Hubler customer for well over 30 years, and I never would have thought that I would purchase a car from any other lot. After spending a couple minutes at Hubler Mazda dropping of my car for service, I seen the first bit of unprofessional, and unacceptable behavior out of the Sales Manager. very unhappy experience. purchased a used vehicle and within 20 miles the check engine light was on. they said they would make it right and turned around and charged us! then less then 10 miles later the check engine light is back on!! this is ridiculous!! we purchased from the Mazda dealer
The service team is great, very responsive and they do a nice job of keeping you updated on their progress with your vehicle. They're always easy to talk to and have a good handle on the progress with your service.
Our experience was great! Our sales guy Matt was wonderful. Very knowledgeable about the car. Would definitely recommend him and Hubler Mazda.

I love it that the staff truly respects my time. I never have to wait. They promptly perform my service on the TARDIS. Yes, my car has a name and it is bigger on the inside for you Dr. Who fans. The staff answers all my questions and provides a car so I can run my errands while they are servicing my car. Great staff and enjoying my car. Thanks.
