On June 27, 2025, I called to request a single-vision reading prescription, which I prefer for close work over my progressive lenses. I clearly and repeatedly stated during the call that I needed a readers-only Rx. The staff member acknowledged my request and confirmed that she understood. She also noted that the most recent reading prescription on file was from 2022, and I confirmed that this was acceptable, as my prescription had not changed.
