Hub Raleigh has a lot of great things, the apartments are new and spacious, the amenities are a huge plus, the only real issue I’m having is the parking. If you have a car but don’t have a designated parking spot ($150-$200 fee), it’s not worth it unfortunately. I wish they had designed these apartments keeping in mind how necessary a car is in the city of Raleigh, particularly if you are not a student. Just got a tour from Aliyah. She was awesome and we loved the amenities. My daughter can’t wait to be here next fall!
We had a wonderful guide it was so clean and sanitized they where so kind and welcoming my daughter can't wait to live here and I know she will be happy and healthy
