So I have been living at Courtney Meadows in Jacksonville, FL for about 1 month or so. When I do reviews I try to be very objective. The units that have been refreshed with new kitchens and baths are quite lovely and it is a very convenient location. Here is the downside, I selected the first floor so I wouldn't have to go up three flights of stairs. For anyone looking at Courtney Meadows, I would seriously take this in consideration. Ashley Johnson,the property manager lacks all humanly care or concern for the residence. She is just here for a check. In September, I put a work order in and was told that there was nothing to worry about, that it was more than likely my garbage disposal causing gurgling noises in my sink. October, my kitchen was full of overflowing sewage! Yes literally sewage! Maintenance comes 3 hours later and attempts to fix it.
