The first time it was fair. The second time she was rude and raising her voice at patients. She claimed that she was having a family problem. She did not answer even one of my questions .I was eventually seeing by the medical doctor instead of his assistant who apologized for her rudeness and assured me that he would discipline her or if need be hire a new assistant.
It did not go well at all. Pa had no clue about what was wring with me that of me very rudely to go see another provider and billed me I full for the visit. Her office takes very few insurances and they like to be paid by check or cash always saying that their credit card machine is broken. It sounds like it is a sort of money making Enterprise. They are always seek cash patients.
Very short. Unresponsive to her patients needs or requested. Appears to get pair by insurance companies by hiding or covering conditions either due to being undertrained or because she gets bonuses for restricting needed care. She was rude to the next patient before I left the office. Went to another P.A for a second opinion and it was a he difference between night and day and was properly taken care Of. Very rude and inconsiderate . Gave me a false diagnosis that scared me to no end . It took the medical doctor to explain to me that she was wrong and that is why she was not a medical doctor but only an assistant , essentially a nurse and I was given apologies for her behavior .
She's a sweetheart, for the other reviews as far as I know (been a long time patient) they don't have a registered nurse. And for the other review- she's been my provider for 5 years and has never bad mouthed any patients (even the difficult ones). She's very patient and helpful.
I would not see this registered Nurse again n , she misdiagnosed my condition and I was with a severe autoimmune ailment over which I was helpless until I was able to find a real board certified dermatologist .
A very bad experience , P.A was rude and unprofessional, witness how she treated another patient , she apparently claimed having had a bad day without elaborating . I promptly got up and left .
Desirae, Is one of the most professional non-doctor's in my journey through medical field. I wish her the best. A bright star and I would recommend her to anyone who has a skin problem. Robert (Bob) S from RSM.
An excellent Doctor and extremely well qualified. I have been treated by her several times and find her attentive and pleasant. I would recommend her to anybody.
