Fantastic experience. I had an abscess that was very painful and needed to be drained. They squeezed me in the next day, as a new patient. The doctor was able to surgically remove the cyst within 30 minutes from my neck, and left PERFECT stitches that even my doctor friends were impressed with. All was done with care and I felt very comfortable with the entire process. Highly recommend!

I drove my elderly aunt to see this P.A . It was quiet a bad experience for her. My aunt was misdiagnosed and given a cream to take care of her ‘ minor’ and ‘mundane’ skin condition according to this P.A who had raised her voice at her for trying to bring up the fact that her skin condition had been getting worse over the previous 2-3 months. She refused to even do a biopsy stating that it was not needed as medical resources in this time of COVID -19 were scarce , irrespective of what insurance company was paying for it. Nee... read more

It was particularly bad . I went to see a dermatologist that I had an appointment with by the name of Tony and I was told that he was busy and that I would have to wait to see his assistant or I would not be seeing at all. This assistant did not understand what my condition ( I had to wait 70 minutes past my appointment time ) she raised her voice at me and did not even bother to look at the records I had brought with me . Provider was rude and short . She told me that she would be back in a few minutes . I waited over an hour and a half in the exam room . I finally went to the counter where I was told that the orivider had left for the day because she was not feeling well. I was still required to make my insurance copay and was welcome to make another appointment . A bit shocking .

My visit was particularly bad . P.A did not appear to care in my skin condition and although I brought my records , she after making me wait inside the office for over one hour , did not bother to even look at them , telling me that she did not have time and that since my case was not “urgent “ to make another appointment . I complained as politely as I could to the office staff and they did not care and were rude as well .

Provider did not seem to know my own condition that I was already being treated for with some success. She was clearly angry and highly upset when I told her that she was wrong and I was merely trying to switch provider since I moved from Arizona . She yelled at me and told me that if I already knew my condition and what was being done to treat it that I needed to have told her about it so as not to waste her time and to go look For another provider . Very shocked at the treatment given to me by this physician assistant .
