Need to take better time to listen to patients when they present with problems.
Takes way too long to get released. Six hour wait or more should not be acceptable.
RecommendedI highly recommend St.John's! I had my son there recently & the staff was Great! ER kept us informed & making sure we were comfortable! We ended up staying the night & we satisfied! Everyone was polite & caring. All questions were answered & made sure to give us instructions for home. We love St.John's & can't Thank them enough! Keep up the good work!!😍😁
RecommendedCalled and asked if they were doing covid-19 testing, the lady who answered simply said "No" and hung up. People like that are apart of the problem.

My wife stopped breathing in her sleep last May; after ER in Macomb got her stabilized (but still unconscious) she was transferred to St. John's as she was a cardio patient of Prairie Cardiovascular. She had an anoxic brain injury and we thought she wouldn't make it, but after 7 days in a coma (and a VTAC during that time) she came out of it.
